Problem details: Cant run an old osu!.exe or install a new one on my pc

Things i tried but didnt work : running .exe as admin , disabling firewall/antivirus , uninstalling using revoUninstaller then reinstallting , editing osu!install.exe to osu!.exe on an old osu folder
