Can someone explain the streaming technique? I recently started to play actively, and I ran into a problem that I absolutely cannot stream streams. I am right-handed, with my right hand I control my fingers, I can press a fairly large bpm with them, and without straining at all, with my left hand I could not press even (!) 120 bpm at first, my fingers just died. I trained on long stream cards for two weeks, searched the Internet for training videos, finger warm-ups, and now I can press 140. 150 bpm I can press 5 seconds, then my accuracy bar is all on the right, because I just don’t have time.
At first I streamed with my arm raised, now I put my hand down so as not to strain my arm at all - the result does not improve in any way. I read forums that people somehow managed to press "ZZXZZXZZX" in a notepad, even in theory this cannot happen to me, because I have a clear task - to press alternately. This is strange, because by pressing with one finger without the participation of the other, I keep 100bpm, and by pressing with two at the same time, God forbid, I squeeze 150. I understand that the main advice is playmore, but I can't just sit and play, realizing that I can get used to the wrong technique, which will not teach me how to press quickly.
