Hello!

My laptop disconnects from the internet when playing a map, the issue present itself on every release stream (including Lazer) regardless of the Compatibility Mode setting...

Cutting Edge is the most reliable, while I'm trying to avoid this issue.

Things I've tried:

- Uninstalling, Reinstalling, Repairing with the tool provided
- Compatibility mode on-off on every release path
- Whitelisting Osu! on my antivirus
- Adding a rule to the firewall for Osu!
- Rebooting & power cycling laptop and router
- Giving the laptop a fixed ip and limiting bandwidth
- Disabling and Re-enabling the internal Wi-Fi card
- Disabling battery saving features related to Wi-Fi (the laptop is always plugged in)

The issue is sporadic, some evenings it's not there and some evenings multiplayer is not even an option for me... this happens exclusively when playing a map (I see the "disconnect" symbol after every song and have to tab the game out to restore my connection), not on song select or main menu...

It happens in both solo and multiplayer, and sometimes comes with a very noticable lag spike.
Because the issue is sporadic, it is difficult to pinpoint a cause.

I play online on Steam and on my Xbox on the same Wi-Fi with no issues at all

Laptop Specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6
RAM 16 GB (2x 8GB SO-DIMM DDR4-3200)
1 TB SSD M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe

OS is latest version of Windows 11

I'm ready to provide Osu! logs if needed.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this, and sorry for my english!

Cheers!

Can you try making sure if you have any VPNs or alternative DNS servers? And if you do, to make sure osu! is allowed to connect through them?

I don't use any VPNs (just looked in Windows setting, no VPNs are set up), and I had to google what a DNS server is, so it is safe to say I don't have one...

Thanks for answering!
