if you have potential to be top 100, i'd say pretty much anyone has it, which is probably true.
potential means nothing if you do not put in the work - you don't know your potential if you never put in the work. it's fun to think you had a lot of potential but that's irrelevant if you never do anything with it.

Because, to be a bit nicer than Stomiks, having some/all the different diff increasing mod combos doesn't translate to you being a potential top 100 player. I have multiple different mod combos in my top plays, and I would never say I'm close to being a top 100 player. Is it still possible? Certainly, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. I still can't play high 5*'s to any reasonable degree of competency, and you likely still can't play high 3*'s with any level of competency.Loserotaku wrote:

Well, it's at least good that you have the motivation.
But having mods and such does not reflect how well rounded you are. I have HD,NM, and DT for my top 3 plays, so i must be a well rounded player right?!!!.... Well not exactly.
Just because you have high pp plays done with those certain mods, doesn't mean you can play a wide variety of maps with those mods. In my case, I'm only consistent at HD jumps, I'm horrendous at rhythmic accuracy , I can't play 4 star after DT if the bpm is too high.
Basically pp values and mod variety in your top plays still doesn't mean well roundedness, you have to account other things too.
