[Suggestion]
For 00:30:76 (15), 00:36:10 (7), and 00:41:43 (7), you might want to make it a soft whistle.
You can press Ctrl+Shift+P at each note, then go to Audio > Soft and make it a whistle. After each note, go Ctrl+Shift+P again and go to Audio > Normal.

The timing seems a bit off...try decreasing the offset by 10.

00:24:09 (5, 6, 7) - Perhaps move these back 1/4 of a beat and extend 7 by 1/4 of a beat?
00:26:43 (8) - New combo?

Yay Spice and Wolf! I think I'll be taking a crack at the 2nd OP, Mitsu No Yoake, sometime soon so keep your eyes out for that.

Normal:
Consider using whistles as hitsounds at some points. Consult with somebody else for that, though; I'm terrible with hitsounds.

00:26:454 (8) - New combo
00:33:454 (4) - Very confusing because (3) covers the repeat sign, so there's no way to tell in advance that's a repeating slider. Move the endpoint out from under (4).
00:50:453 (3) - Consider changing the shape of this to reflect the arc shape of (1) and (2).
00:55:453 (5,6) - Made the slider nicer:

By the way, you might want to change the source and tags to match mine; I'm pretty sure you can just put the name of the anime directly in the source field, and thus leave it out of the tags.
