Sometimes when I do an exam and see what I did wrong I feel like the stupidest human alive and feel bad about it for the whole day, and sometimes I somehow did great when unexpected and think "well numbers do not mean anything" and forget about it. I want to take things less seriously but I can't.
I know that Im not in total control of my life and that i am a human being that deserves forgiveness, and yet i still blame myself for everything, sorry about the rant im just frustrated.

I never passed math and science since like grade 9 lol, casually got either the second last or the last place out of 50 people in class. I only felt bad when I got bad grades before grade 8, then I just no longer care afterwards. But in my defense, I got accepted to English-Intensive class which was supposed to be a somewhat nerdy classroom, but I'm nowhere to being a nerd, so I just didn't care so much. (I either hanged out with friends or played games most of the time.)
idk man, I assume you're very young and naive. Try to face the reality and you will realise that exams aren't the last thing in the world.

Try to think more than just exams. Have you ever put into thought on why you're studying and taking exams in the first place? Maybe you're planning on getting into a prestigious university, getting a good high-paying job, etc.

If you think about the whole scheme of things, now it feels like exams aren't the biggest thing in the world. Like a small step you need to cross over to get to your biggest goal. Those numbers that you get from your exams can be put into something bigger and better.

But what do I know, I just don't ever think about this y'know?

i always try to believe that after wrting an exam u have time to learn for the next one and the longer u are prepared the better it is (also i always try to get somewhat interested in any projects or topics in school)
oh also if u mean literally coping, thinking of smth else/doing smth else and coming back with a clear mind so that you can use the mistakes u did to impove worked pretty well for me.
Lastly (ik my ass fr talking too much :,c) you have to acknowledge that it happend and that the numbers do matter but not define what theyre supposed to bcs its better to focus on getting better for the present and the future
and yes i read that u feel better but i hope the tips(?) somewhaaaat help so that u dont have to always feel bad everytime it happends :D
