I think your problem this game was that you came across too conceited and stubborn and unwilling to work with others. so people kind of wanted to lynch you just for that. and when I pointed out your "hidden scumtell" was wrong I'd like to at least hope that sealed it a bit otherwise I'll feel sad

The chances would really be 75/100 if the vig was rolling a die and shooting like that, but having reads even if they come from a magical gut feeling skews that.

So far aside from my first game as vig i usually hit scum like... 80% of the time.

actually I rely on gut reads way less now. I still do sometimes but not in the way that I used to. I've figured out a lot of the stuff that I called "gut" and I've weaponized it. as it turns out it's actually kind of logical o.o

I come from live mafia, where i always played open setups with simple roles and most of all they were NO REVEAL games.
When i played my first game here, i was shocked by the "flip" mechanic. Also that game (information mafia) had a completely retarded setup, with retarded roles, and retarded/impossible to understand hidden mechanics.
In the games of the first kind, you have to completely rely upon logic, you have to set up long term strategies that will allow you to bring scum into contraddiction or corner them as much as possible.
The games of the second kind are much lazier, you just have to put up random lynches as you guys love so much and hope they'll flip scum - the more noob people are, the less they care about playing the game, they only want to always have new shitty shiny roles to contemplate while they random vote like braindead.
so yes, that's a regression without any doubt
