Problem details:
i start the osu installer and wait 10 seconds and when this done, i got a freeze screen and osu is not installed

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: Stable 20230206 (latest)

So the game never comes up or do you completely stay on the installing screen?

It might be beneficial to locate the osu!\Logs\update.log file and post its content into the thread here to see if that helps any.
