You sound like it's any easier for a hijacker to click "delete account" than do something bannable like posting hush-hush achievement help.
On the other side of the coin, why would you want to delete your account? You could just like... Not log in.
In short, there's no reason for the feature to exist. In fact, there's several (can be a lot of) reasons for the feature to NOT exist, and those reasons includes what have been mentioned above.
Provide a logical reason for it to exist if you wanted it.
