Normal
00:21:520 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - They would all sound better on a white tick. Also, at the 7th New Combo.
00:29:739 (3,4,5) - Don't worry they sound okay on red tick, but new combo, since it can be confusing. Remove new combo at 00:28:301 (1)
00:30:972 (5) - Make it finish on the next red tick
From 00:33:849 (1) to 00:45:767 (9) - You should all move them 2 tick forward on a withe tick. (seggestion)
00:42:479 (6) - New Combo
00:49:671 (6) - Must finish on the next white tick!
00:55:219 (6) - New Combo
01:03:952 (3) - I'm not sure for this one but one tick backward on a red.
01:11:863 (3) - Finish on white tick!
01:13:506 (4,5,6) - (Maybe) Two tick foward.
01:16:794 (3) - Right after this note, you should add a spinner.
01:22:547 (1) - Like the previous note, 3 circles on the 2 other white ticks.
01:23:986 (2) - Extend it just a bit.

also add kiai at 00:52:136 and end it at 01:21:726
Another thing is that your difficulties feel all too similar i would suggest put things differently
