[resolved] Volume setting & beatmaps scrolling on its own

Problem details:
The volume is working but i can't close the volume control part. The beatmap section is scrolling on it own. I tried uninstall and install it again.It worked at first but later on the issue happen again.Please check the video below for detail.

There's no controller connected. Just mouse and keyboard. I try disconnecting them but it doesn't work.

The problem is solved. I turned off the compatibility mode and reset the game. Then, the volume and beat maps screen were normal again. Thank you.
