recently i saw in tik tok, that some man launched Cyberpunk on the old intel cpu and gtx gpu. They set lowest graphics and got 2 fps in game (but the textures were all black). But the question is how to launch the game even if you dont have any required specs? who knows? is it hard?

I dunno much about those kinds of stuff but I think it's not impossible to get a modern game running on old hardware, just extremely difficult. I tried some high spec games on my old ass computers once. They did run but there's no way in hell I could get 2 frames even at the lowest settings lmao.

The things you need to run a game are actually:
Having a supported operating system.
Having a CPU that supports the same technology as the minimum requirements.
Having a GPU that supports the same technology as the minimum requirements. For that, check the DirectX/Vulkan/OpenGL requirements and see if your card supports it.
That is enough for a game to boot.
