Currently in osu!, the Kiai bar continues to drain between the last note of a section and the beginning of a break.
When using authentic-style breaks, which have become popular lately, this can lead to imbalance, where Kiai bar becomes artifically low after a break, or even cause fails on harder deathstreams, even if the player *survived* the deathstream.
Also, in the OTO games, the Kiai bar doesn't drain during this time, so this request would add authenticity, but I didn't want it to be based on that.
Changing this won't affect existing replays or scores; it would only mean that some failed attempts would have succeeded.
