It would be nice to have a button that changes the order of players in a tag game lobby.

Random...why not get to decide on the order manually instead?
Make it so the host can decide the order or something?

the downside of this is a host that would randomize the teams untill he feels like they fit :<

Or have a specific mode which randomizes teams when the game starts?

I feel this wouldn't be too hard to add. I think it would be useful to have to balance the teams. It would be even better if it wasn't truly random, but adjust the sides according to rank so that each side would have a balanced amount of ranked players.
