Please help! Unable to use new skins!

I saw a video on how to upload skins on Osu, but when I extracted the skin to the skins folder it still wouldn't show up in Osu. The skin I want is http://puu.sh/1Gr47 I would really appreciate some tips because I am unsure of what else to try.

Options -> Skin -> Click the odd one out button -> Select the skin that you want

You can extract the file using 7-zip. (easiest program to use)

As iSpR1Te posted, try to check if your skin was on a subfolder (which is wrong).
Correct: C:/Program Files/osu!/Skins/MySkin
Wrong: C:/Program Files/osu!/Skins/MySkin/MySkin

Oh and please, go at the Skinning Support next time instead of making a new thread.
