Problem details:
Small, but very consistent lag spikes.
Closed every external program & toggled most options, problem still persists
Restarting computer is the only thing that works, but it always comes back eventually

osu! version: Cutting Edge 20230202 (video was recorded a while ago, but tested again just now, issue is exactly the same)
Checking performance.log, only the first lag in the play is detected, the problem appears to be in Update, which takes ~60ms for 1 frame
