Osu! will cap my fps to around 60-180fps // 8-25ms frametime (normally it's 2.1-2.5ms) that make me unplayable but it was fixed by alt+tab so I didn't need to tab everytime to play it and sometimes it lag on middle map part that make me annoy so much.

- Reinstalled Osu!
- Removed all effect setting in Osu!
- Undervolted GPU
- Changed all frame limiter setting
- Changed power management to maximum in Nvidia control panel
- Updated GPU driver
- Compatibility mode
- Turned on/off discord overlay
- Closed every programs that I opened
