EDIT: Wow ok it has fixed itself and returned to normal state, idk what happened but others seems to have suffered from the same problem
Problem details:
Ever since i upgraded my pc OS (from Win7 32 to Win7 64, yes, im using a very old pc), osu! has trouble launching after first time opening. Every once in a while, the game refuses to launch and crash after a cilent update and a .require_update file appears. But it fixes itself eventually. Today it didn't. Restarting PC, reisntalling the game won't work either.
I have seen several posts about this error as well, but only 1-2 of them got answered. I'm confused about what is causing this problem exactly.
