Hi, this is another one of my skins! :D It's named Dots because there's literally dots everywhere.
Some elements are in HD so you have to run in 1280x800/1440x900 or higher to see it.

No? I made this off the old skin template. I modified and edited everything based off that, except for the cursor and performance gauge, which were from scratch. I made all of this myself except for the hitsounds. Oh and the spinner.
