Problem details: When somebody tries to download my map and play it this thing appears -> The beatmap file is corrupted or incomplete. Moving to folder Failed.

Works fine for me. Maybe it didn't download correctly for the "somebody" you're referring to in your post. I'd need to see their local copy of the map to say for sure though.
