You can't login both osu!stable and and irc at the same time.
Due to using osu!tourney to stream so you can't use the IRC client to referee match with your own account at the same time.

Actually you can.
Run IRC client first then osu!tourny,and you can stay both online, but I'm not sure if there will be any problem..
