Allow SpunOut in osu!mania

Or to say, AutoSCR in IIDX.
The SpunOut in osu!mania spins the 7+1 Special Key for you. When player enable this mod, the +1 column would be autoplay'ed by osu!topus.

The reason is,
(1)Many 7Key players just can't handle the extra column, regardless of how many notes are on the special column.
(2)Some +1key column styles need special playing technique, with this mod players (including pro ones!) can practice the 7key part.

What do you think? :)

It would be nice anyway, but it shouldn't be called SpunOut because that is misleading and the user doesn't actually spin anything at all in osu!mania.

Especially in 8Key gameplay, but may extend to +2 columns (left most and right most columns) in 7key maps.

Actually players do spin something when playing the +1 column, so it originally does exactly the same thing "SpunOut" do in osu.
And I think it may save one mod picture...
Or some other names may be OK - but not the 7key mod.
