Which means that you run out of stamina like sometimes i play long dense charted maps and get like pain on to my right forearm muscles(right arm is my main hand) but then my left arm kinda feels light and slow and stiff idk if the stiff is right word cus i suck at english but yeah which us the feeling of running out of stamina ?

I think it's when your finger starts slowing down and can't keep up with the notes.

Also wrong subforum?

If you feel pain while playing then it's time to stop and take a break. Running out of stamina is like when you feel like you can't keep up with the notes and your hands feel tired if that explanation helps.
