Problem details: Title is self explanatory. I have a 3070ti, 32 gigs of ddr5, and an i7-12800 CPU. I've tried tampering with my settings, and that didn't work. I've tried going into nvidia control panel and disabling v-sync, that didn't work (even with vsync only, my refresh rate is 360fps so i should be getting like 3ms) but i want more FPS
edit: i put it into compatibility mode and then back to normal mode, it worked for like 15 seconds before going back to 60fps
edit 2: i noticed, every time i switch versions it allows me to get unlimited fps, but as soon as i alt+tab onto something else, it decides to go back to 60fps.
