With exception to when I make a multiplayer lobby. The rest of my day is gone when I do that.

I would say gaming for 4-6 hours everyday is a bad sign already but I'm not a hypocrite. However from a practical standpoint you are definitely going to hit some walls way sooner than that unless you're playing maps that are barely an effort. Overall it is not advisable to be playing mania that long since it's going to lead to adverse effects like pain and possibly injuries.
I'd say 1-3 hours is optimal for improvement in my experience
