If you're into the technical stuff here's some info you might like to know:

The server is scalable, meaning it can handle a LOT of people if necessary. (Until my wallet explodes)
It's 24/7 (Considering I remember everything I learned at High School, IT-Service and how to maintain the server)

I can also add a domain name if the IP gets too stupid to use. It just takes some time for the DNS servers to migrate at times.

Current staff:

Owner/Host - QuadPiece (Me)
I'm lazy so that's all for now.

Current possible states to achieve:

Guest (standard for all)
Normal (Achieved by being on the server regularly) makes it slightly easier to know who's trustworthy, they can also upload files.
Moderator (Self explanatory), none yet. I want to get to know people more before I chose my first.

File transfer info:

As of January 6th 2014 file transfers are now allowed! (Requires Normal status to upload)
Speed limit is 5 Mbit/s (Both upload and download)
Max upload is 350 MB (For whole server, so don't be a douche and upload random stuff. This is meant for sending smaller files.)
Total download quota is 10 GB (This really shouldn't cause any problems)
Files might be removed if more space is needed (We run a 20GB SSD, 15 GB after OS) as this really isn't meant for long term storage.
Everyone (Even guests) are allowed to download files.
No illegal content, I doubt anyone would do this, but I'll still put it here. (This includes stuff like Copyrighted movies and music, any form of porn and so on)

what about a osu! ts3 server only and not a "somethings else" ts3 server where there are only some sections ?

I'd gladly make this an osu! dedicated server if it gets popular enough, however I feel it's pointless to dedicate it to osu! if it'll only get a couple visitors from osu! a week.

This is why I'm asking in the first place, I want to know how much effort/money I should put into this.

I just wanted you give people a message after the first day (Great success btw) and I felt that bloating the main post with this was stupid.

We need more people from American or Asian timezones.
It doesn't matter if you pull friends along or just idle waiting for other people.

However this image should explain the situation quite clearly:

I support this TeamSpeak server. Even though it can be wild sometimes it's still enjoyable and fun.

I try to be there as long as I can (Though I have pretty shit internet connection now durin Christmas time)

Some of the game channels are glitched, I know how to fix it. I just don't have access to the server now during Christmas. It'll probably be fixed early in January. I recommend sticking to Max and Medium Quality for now.

The "Channel Maxfamily reached" error has been fixed, all channels should work now.

Reason: QuadNetwork database crash (Unknown details)

Sorry if this has caused any form of inconvenience.

Also, the server has almost passed 5GB/month of bandwidth! (Which is quite decent for a TS3 server.)

And I sort of rewrote the post for a cleaner and more organized look.

Unfortunately due to time constraints I don't really have time to manage this server anymore. Though it will still be running it won't be moderated.
Making private pass protected channels is possible. So you can moderate yourself to some degree

If i ever get time this server might get restarted from scratch one day. And be wary of that, it will still be the same domain and everything though. So most people won't really notice the change in which case.
