Problem details:
I got my new pc today, which has an upgraded cpu and gpu, yet when I launch the game the game maxes out my cpu immediately and has a lot of delay
My mouse movement feels way too smooth and lags behind a bit, when I tap there's a delay of 30ms, and when I adjust the universal offset, it just jumps 30ms further.
osu! is physically incapable of going above 160fps and usually sticks around 100fps, (I have an i5-10300H and GTX 1650), this hardware should be more than capable of handling osu, and the i5-9300H I had before ran it at an easy 400+ fps always.
Weirdly enough the only game it does this to is osu, both the normal client and lazer.
