I have wondered when you get auto-banned for gaining too much performance points.
How much PP in a day is needed to get auto-banned?
A different way of asking this. How much PP can I get until I get auto-banned?

Note: I am just wondering what the limit it.

I don't know what the limits are to being restricted, but boosting can lead to suspicions. Like, for example, you jump from 6 digit to 4 digit in 1 day (gaining 5k pp). This is like Elkiecado, who blatantly cheats from 3 digit to rank #2 in a week before being restricted. Shocking, right?

oh and peppy ever got banned for accidental debug code for 70 seconds, in which everyone submits score as peppy. Gaining 3.3kpp, peppy got immediately auto-banned by the anticheat system. Eventually, peppy got his account in osu! reinstated.

I know its old, but just a bit of info from my side, i was switching from lazer to stable early this year, after gaining about 600pp in 4 plays i was restricted, note this is from 0 pp total to 600, maybe higher ranks can gain more because the relative gain is less, i am wondering now the same being on the cusp of fcing some 7 stars i would gain a few 400pp plays possibly in a single session, wouldn't be much, maybe 250-350pp in a day but considering my best for now are 300s i wonder if i would get restricted again, if i manage that ill follow up with the answer for a 5% increase for a 5000-6000pp total range.
