Problem details: Recently I have noticed I am getting random input delays which cause the game to stutter for milliseconds normally while playing having 0.5ms delay but then it randomly jumps to 3 or 4ms delay which causes the game to stutter which sometimes leads to miss circles or lose accuracy. It happens randomly sometimes it can be every 20 seconds sometimes every minute or two.
What I have tried so far:
- Reinstalling windows
- Changing various osu settings
- Updating all the drivers for windows and gpu
- reinstalling the game multiple times
- Moved the game to a fast SSD
- Upgraded PC with new cpu and gpu
etc but nothing works.
I dont see a reason why I would have those micro stutters since now running high end PC and even before on an older pc I did not have this problem

osu! version: Stable (tried cutting edge and beta but same issue)
EDIT:
I found the issue causing those stutters apparently if you have 2 monitors or more plugged in but on windows select to only show on 1 monitor even tho the other one wont be used it will cause the game to have micro stutters now if I enable that monitor there are no stutters or if I unplug it. Anyone having micro stutters issue I recommend to try this if you have more than 1 monitor
