I've been FCing a lot of 4* lately, and I was wondering: What 5* beatmap is the easiest for me to FC?

please know that i'm not talking from the experience.
seeing your top plays, you're still at 4.4-4.6* range. and the difference between that and 5* is still considerable, so try to get closer and closer to 5 and at 4.9 or so, try to grind for a good run on a map
aside from that, my advice is an average farmy anime OP map such as coolest. maybe you could try EZ+NC on a random 3-4* map too

Probably Redo (Tasuke's Overdose) would be the easiest imo
