00:41:039 (3) - Consistency in the volume of the whistle? 00:32:004 (3) is louder than this and this slider seems a little too quiet.

01:37:051 (1) - Perhaps a little too quiet...
01:41:075 (1) - Consider making it longer for easy players.
This certainly plays well, the main issue if any is with hitsound use but its minor

You could probably go through and make sure that your hitsounds are consistent, some parts such as 00:06:010 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - lacked hitsounds. Also consider filling in gaps such between the lyrics with simple 1/1 beats e.g. 00:06:455, 00:12:103 etc. But it its how you want it then it plays well
Hard:
This was fun to play!
00:02:057 (6) - New combo maybe.
00:03:098 (11) - ^
00:05:004 (x) - Add a note here, without it it ruins your earlier pattern.
00:05:039 (x) - I would have a note here to but make sure its soft if you take this suggestion.
01:11:004 (1) - Align with the previous note.
01:15:098 (3,4,5) - During game play this felt too close, consider spreading this triplet out.
01:17:004 (3,4,5) - ^
01:25:033 (5,6,7) - ^ This close together you may as well stack them.
01:33:080 (9) - Put this as a straight slider all the others are.
01:39:027 (8) - New combo
01:37:051 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14) - Consider rearranging this section, its a little confusing to play.
Also the hitsounds imo need a lot of work, I dont have the time right now to give detailed hitsound suggestions but I could later if you want them

I have to be honest and say I didn't like this difficulty much, everything seems to overlap, main examples where this really annoyed me:
00:20:075 (7) - Hit300 obscures the slider.
00:27:098 (3,1,2,3,4) - and 00:29:057 (1,2,3,4) - This is a minor anti-jump, annoyed me how I always seemed to have to return to the center.
00:37:051 (5,6) - Hit300 again, not as bad but I still had to guess placement.
00:51:027 (1) - ^
00:52:033 (2) - Probably the
worst instance of the slider being obscured, its not even where you would expect it to be [i.e. 1 or 2 squares right]
01:11:004 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) and all the others to 01:19:016 (7) - need more hitsounds especially on the triplets, and I wasn't a fan of the beat placement either.
I could go on but no one else seems to have had an issue with this difficulty so I guess it's ok lol
Insane:
This has gone from one extreme with too many streams to another with none.
00:33:080 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - Add a note or two in the gaps the hp drain is pretty rough.
00:51:010 (6) - No. This will annoy people.
00:59:075 (10) - New combo.
01:17:039 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - I personally dont like stack streams, a triplet stream would work well here imo.
Perhaps there are too many stacked triplets in general, but if that's how you like it
Overall I like how you've changed it, try to work on the hitsound consistency between difficulties because your patterns do seem a little random at times, but good work I like it
