Requesting for mouse only rankings!

So instead of global ranking, we can have global keyboard rankings and global mouse rankings!

We all know mouse only is a more challenging way to play osu! And with this feature enabled, it would somewhat be a great motivation for mouse only players!

IIRC there's a dupe denied thread regarding this. I can see people abusing it and remapping their keys to M1M2 and so on.
