Are Hard diff maps that have CS6.5 rankable for chill maps?

The ranking criteria says that Hard diff should have a circle size 6 or lower, but this map broke the limit: beatmapsets/1744864, as that map is a chill map.

I made this because I'm making a chill map that has circle size 6.5.

I was going to create a new thread in ranking criteria, but I feel like it will be moved to somewhere else or this topic.

That's already a guideline. Making a whole proposal for that would be pointless.

And the fact that the set you linked is a ranked map already speaks volume. It will never get through in the first place if the restriction was a rule instead.

if the cs is higher than 5 or so then it probably isnt a hard or smth, dont worry about the naming of the dif since it depends on how its mapped, not the sr if thats what ur confused on (since tiny cs can sometimes make sr rly rly low for some reason)
