General
Overall you can add some clap on every 1st and 3rd white tick in 1 room.
For example, the end of 00:32:070 (1) - and the start of 00:33:188 (3) - to make it more interesting. The current hitsound is quite bland.
Here is the elaborating screenshot. You can add a clap on these yellow marks but in some case, you may have to listen to music closely to check whether it feels right to you or not.

00:39:895 (3) - if you get how hitsound should work, the clap should be on the end of the slider, not the start here.
01:04:861 (1) - the break here is really too long. It uses up almost 1/4 of the whole song, consider mapping some portions here
01:53:302 (2,3,4) - these spacings are confusing to read, please correct them
Problem are pretty much about hitsound. You can reduce overall volume 10-20 % and add some clap as I suggest above.
Placements look fine but some sliders that have repeat more than 1 (e.g. 01:40:633 (6) - ) is not recommended. I would not do that if I were you.

Really nice rhythm wise you have there. Just try decorating with some hitsound suggestions and I believe it will be a decent diff.

Hard
00:12:693 (1,2) - I guess stacking them together feels more comfortable and intuitive to read
00:13:625 (5) - see the spacing between the previous and the next. 1.78x and 0.71x is not really a good sign there.
00:14:743 (3) - see the spacing between the previous and the next. 1.21x and 0.74x. As well as above ^
00:17:910 (5,6,7,8) - you shouldn't reduce your default spacing without any sign of music as this does. Here you are using 1.4x 00:16:979 (1,2,3) - and then you suddenly changed to something different in the same combo set. So it's quite a must to fix these first.
00:29:089 (8) - new combo here instead of 00:30:021 (1) -
You may split these notes this way to make it more easy to read.
00:33:747 (1,2) - spacing again between these notes

Sorry but your map seems to have some more works to do, but overall I am sure you can approach the right direction. Start off with your hitsound and spacing as I suggested above

I've fixed everything doing my best, I just want to note that the break in the Easy diff is barely 15 seconds which is not a quarter of 140 seconds at all lol.
Updated mine and DJD's diffs :) I'll update again when WhiteAries will send me his.

01:48:085 (5) - Rotate this slider so it at least fits the line of the next slider. Also move it so the head and tail are hugging the body line of said slider. You also avoid an overlap. On a side note, with the insane before I mod it, there are quite a few overlaps which can the map look untidy. Remember, even though it is AR9 and it wont LOOK like a collision, it still in the players eyes disrupts the symmetry and evenness of the map in general.

Consider the curve of sliders in accordance to where the next or previous note is to maintain a smooth steady flow which I can see you are going for so good luck.

I'm going to come back and mod the rest of these diffs, but I felt easy needed the most work so i'l leave it at this till I've finished work! Good luck!

On a side note, with the insane before I mod it, there are quite a few overlaps which can the map look untidy. Remember, even though it is AR9 and it wont LOOK like a collision, it still in the players eyes disrupts the symmetry and evenness of the map in general.

Consider the curve of sliders in accordance to where the next or previous note is to maintain a smooth steady flow which I can see you are going for so good luck.

I'm going to come back and mod the rest of these diffs, but I felt easy needed the most work so i'l leave it at this till I've finished work! Good luck!

General

  1. BG size is not standard, a standard one should be of 1366*768 or 1024*768. I have resized it for you, feel free to use it :)
  2. Your offset throughout the whole mapset is inconsistent, and this is unrankable according to the ranking criteria.

  5. 00:48:093 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - I wonder if it is necessary to use so many spinners here. I suppose the music here is really powerful and it's still the kiai time, so I recommend you map these instead of placing spinner spams. Trust me, it would be a lot more fun. XD

  7. 01:30:199 (8) - NC this for the sake of cutting the combo number.
  8. 01:35:975 (1,1) - Remove NC. There is nothing special here imo.
  9. Well, I would say you shd find a consistent pattern of placing NC, for example, NC every 1/2 big white tick(s), or follow the vocal. It would be much more neat and clean if you do so.

  11. 01:51:066 (1) - End this at 01:52:557 and place a circle at 01:52:929 , which, as a player, is a lot comfortable. Also, move this 01:53:302 (1) to 01:53:116 & remove the NC to follow the lyrics perfectly, like what you did at 01:54:606 (6) , 01:55:910 (9).
  12. 01:59:823 (2) - DS, it makes me hit immediately after the previous slider again.

  2. Take a look at the AImod and you will find two objects' ends are not snapped.
  3. The SV is really really slow for this diff (and why all use 0.5x in the timing session? I can't figure out why.. If all of them are 0.5x, why not change it here? 1.4*0.5=0.7, in fact Normal normally has a SV of 1.0-1.2x), and it makes no sense that Normal has the same SV as Easy lolll, tho the placements of rhythm make it like a Normal.
  4. 02:19:386 (1,2) - DS, make sure the DS is consistent throughout the whole diff.

I made 3 different versions for your bg. The first is just a slight touch up to remove artifacting, the second and third also have that touch up plus extra levels of contrast (imo it makes it look a bit prettier :3)

hard:
00:48:833 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - PLEASE don't spinner spam, ESPECIALLY spinners that are less than 2 seconds! it's understandable that you would do this for harder modes but it's against the ranking criteria. compromise and maybe add sliders instead of spinners @u@ reduce the spinners to maybe 1 or 2.

really could use extra spacing on the notes so they dont stack up on each other. I highly recommend rearranging the notes with higher Distance Snap. notes that overlap on each other are generally not appealing to look at.

Well, look. If you move offset to 700something, then heavy beats of the song, such as the beginning of a new musical part, new line in lyrics and so on, will always land on big white ticks.

In fact, if there's a difficulty which starts right from 00:20, you need to use this, since the beginning is not really stable and sounds off:

P.S. Don't forget to resnap all the objects and recalculate slider lengths, since this will shift them a bit. Pay attention to the note at 00:00:730, since it may be not snapped properly even after resnapping.

on the insane diff, the biggest issue I found was the rather interesting spacing between notes particularly in between choruses. (such as the jump segment 00:24:061 (5,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5) - ) the spacing between these notes shift from very large to stacks seemingly randomly. Parts in the song which do not call for jumps have large jumps and areas which could be jumps are mapped as stacks. And this is repeated throughout the song. (It really felt like I was playing a jump practice map)

After checking AiMod, there are quite a few times where distance snap is ignored, with most of them being unnecessary. Also on alot of the stream particularly towards the end they become much more spaced, during which the excitement/tempo of the song does not change, basically, the streams do not need to be spaced. (01:04:309 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - )
