So, it's made 10 years ago by peppy. I have no idea what happened to it. Is it cancelled? Or is it abandoned forever?

still wondering that same question since months

osu!arcade has stopped production a while ago from now and no new videos have surfaced mentioning it, so it's most likely canceled and abandoned.

while osu!stream is almost similar to osu!arcade, I haven't seen the hold feature in osu!stream or multipoint.

Well that's a bit of a shame.

but it would be cool if osu!arcade still exists but like remastered or remodeled
at least the app exists

iirc osu!arcade was mostly just a handmade prototype of something that run off of osu!stream.

No, not just osu!stream, I'm pretty sure others have also got the stable osu client to work on it, well, the stable client of that time period I mean

I agree, I'd love to research that sort of stuff, but making a video is not something I'd do unfortunately
Anyways, ig I'll just make a playlist with a bunch of osu!arcade vids for now, it's the best I can do :p

Edit: here's the short playlist of vids using the different osu!arcades

my friend has one of the two osu!arcades, and they run osu!stream. there's a whole bunch of low level hacks/drivers to get it to work on windows, but it does. the only windows machine in the world that can run osu!stream :p
