Downloading Beatmaps

WTF is this shit.
I download everything with > 1mb, but when I download beatmaps, I always need fckin 10 mins for it.
Only 50 kb/s at osu beatmaps, so i cant really play with my friends.

it's because you are from germany, peppy has an anti-german policy regarding downloads.
