01:49:181 (3) - を1/8に、01:49:269 - に1/8スライダーを挿入して擬似ストリームを作ったほうが自然だと思います
- 01:54:652 (1,2,3,4) - 01:54:740 (2) - にリバースを追加して 01:55:004 -　に1/2スライダーで繋げるパターンの方が自然だと思います
- 01:56:063 (1,2,3,4) - 01:56:152 (2) - に同じくリバースを追加、01:56:416 - にリバーススライダーを置き 01:56:681 - にサークルというパターンはどうでしょうか。
上二つのパターンと同じになっている部分は省きます。

General

You have unsnapped objects in the [FLOWER] diff. Check AIMod
You should also be more consistent in your combos. One time you use long combos then all of a sudden you NC after 3 notes consecutively.
Add Rui to tags in both diffs
The mp3 is 128kbps, if you could get a 192kps please do so, also change the name of the mp3. FLOWER -SPRING Long VER_-jubeat.mp3 looks pretty ugly!
You have countdown enabled, just so you know!

I'm not a taiko modder but as I looked in AiMod I noticed Rui's taiko has double notes here 03:29:417 and here 03:29:505. Just remove both and it's cool.

00:44:070 (1) I think this NC is excessive. It's the same pattern and sound as the first 4 notes but it's NC here, I'd say remove it for more consistent combos and place NC here instead 00:44:776
00:46:188 remove NC, this one also has no purpose
01:07:011 (2,1,2,3) would be cool if you could coat these notes like this:
01:11:511 (4) this isn't 1/6 it's 1/8 and misses a sound before the slider, change it to this instead:
