Its currently down i think. Saw some error written in it, something about that went horribly wrong. Try again if its back up and another thing is i think you're only allowed to convert replays that are present in the beatmap database. Any unofficial converts like O2jam / BMS that aren't found in the osu website won't work

Didn't the creator of this feature say that the service will be down permanently due to lack of funds or something?
