I know I should ask people in the modding q about this but anyways, thats a classic one. I made a new map, im not that experienced, if someone is so kind to look over my map real quick to tell me if I should adjust offset or bpm slightly I would be very thankful. The bpm is about right but the offset is kinda tricky.

Sounds to me like the offset is correct, but BPM should be 195. You can also remove the second timing point at 00:12:674.

After this change most of the song should line up on 1/4 beat snap divisor (there are some parts which have sounds on 1/6 such as 01:21:273) so unfortunately you'll need to re-snap or re-map most of it.
