you have to do something called SV normalizing.
put a temporary object at the end of the song if you dont already have one yet so that the game sees the whole map, then look at the the bpm in parenthesis you see in the top left in song select, thats your reference bpm.
take your reference bpm and divide it by any bpm changes. put a green line on the same tick as the bpm change with an SV multiplier of that number.
so if your reference bpm is 150, and it changes to 180, 150/180 = ~0.833
That will slow the scroll speed down to stay the same speed.
