Players from countries or territories (as seen on their profile flag) that are under a protectorate, sovereign state, or otherwise closely related to another country may choose to play for that country if the country listed on their profile is unable to field enough players to form a valid team.
Mappool Changes:
This time around the skillsets will be much less isolated, you'll find more diverse aspects of play within each map individually. The maps will still dominantly feature their intended skillsets, but there is no longer a restriction on what else they may have. This also allows us to use fun and interesting maps that previously didn't fit the "mould", so you'll find some fresh new picks that were previously not thought to be viable for tournaments.
