We as a civilization of the genus Homo are currently a Type 0 civilization and is set to reach Type 1 in 100 years or so, as we have started to acquire means to fulfill the necessities to establish a planetary civilization.

However we may end up as what most scientists fear, self destructive activity eradicating our own civilization before we reach type 1, specifically nuclear war.
