this is will help you if you want to see a specific users replay.
if the user is lower than rank 40 on the map there is no way to watch his/her replay

is it really necessary though? i dont see the point in it lol

If the user is lower than rank 40, their replay isn't saved to the server.

Does anyone have a good reason why this needs to be implemented? It might be useful to know whether someone has a record on a map. If you friend someone you could sort of do that though.
