Why is it denied? I like to know why, so if it is something technical or something.
It's only a change of one character. (NavadeHo -> NavadeHi)

Firstly, don't post private requests to this forum. It is stupid and noone cares.
Secondly I am in general against name changes as it breaks identity.
Thirdly, I generally only offer this to subscribers to avoid a huge number of requests/abuse.
