You mean those timestamp numbers like the below pic?
All you have to do is just copy the objects you wanna point out for your mod and then paste it in the discussion editor.
For the objectless one (the one that will just jump to the point in the timeline and not selecting anything next), just move the timeline cursor in the editor to where you want to point out and do the copy-paste procedure again.
