Randomly got worse????

Alright so recently I got worse at osu without doing anything??
Earlier I could play up to 5.20? stars now I can't even do 4.6 stars anymore
Could it be because I played too much or took like a few around 3 day breaks.
Could I also get some tips on how to get good again?
And I'm sorry if this thread is similar to other ones...

it do be like that, a good warm up can help out a lot, try to play for an FC on the first few files then build up difficultly instead of just jumping into it

session consistency issue. as said above warm up properly.

you dont need to play for fc but start slower and make sure to warm up both trilling and jacking (handstream and tech maps work great for this)

Bro dont fucking use star rating it LL only cause minblock like for an example lets take speed of link its 4.7 star but alpha dan skillevel

Also play more
