How do I make a rar file into an osu skin?

I found this skin in a video but it's a rar file and I don't know how to transform it into a osu skin file

Hi!

1.) Download the skin.

2.) Open skin folder and extract the skins there.
Be sure the folder you've extracted contains all the skin elements once you clicked on it - no extra folders used.

3.) Reload the skin in osu! - "Ctrl", "Shift", "Alt", "S" altogether, and export the selected skin that you've downloaded by clicking the button shown above.
