seriously, i need it. people that's suffering a similar situation in osu like mine needs it. if this is already implemented, please tell me where is it, because i can't find it

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean like reporting hacked scores or harassment or something?

If it's the former you can go onto a beatmap page and click report next to the mods.

You can still report people for stuff they do via pm and in forum topics, but will probably be told to ignore them, or something.
