I saw a lot of map with only one diff and I was wondering how much was the minimum to have a single diff: can a map of 3:50 be a single diff?

Any drain time above 30 seconds is able to have a single diff set.
A set with drain time of 3:50 can be a single diff if its difficulty is Hard or below. For reference with the lowest difficulty allowed for each drain time, you can take a look at Ranking Criteria:
