If you need someone to testplay your beatmap and give a quick feedback on it, you can go to #mapping chat channel for std and #taiko for taiko, /np your beatmap there, and ask someone to testplay and give feedback/opinion. You can also DM your close friend, mapper, or anyone who understands mapping, and ask their opinion.
Or, if want someone to mod/full check your beatmap, just post your map to any open queue here (or in the subforums). No need to create a new thread for that, unless you want to be a modder.
Beatmap-related question other than mod/feedback request can be asked in Mapping Discussion forum.
